How You Can Help
As we work to gain momentum for this recall effort, we are going to need a lot of help. If you’re interested in helping us get the Klamath Irrigation District’s Board of Directors back under control and refocused on ensuring our irrigators are getting their water demands met, there are several ways you can help.
It takes a lot of time and effort to get the attention of KID patrons who are affected by the Board’s careless actions. If you’re interested in volunteering your time, please let us know by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
If you are in a Zone 1, 2 or 3, you have a right to make sure your voice is heard by your representative. Go to the FAQ section of this website if you have any questions about how to sign the petition and how the recall voting works. To get a general sense of where each zone is located, check out the Klamath Irrigation District Zones Map. If you have questions about which zone you are located in, or if you have any other questions about registration, please call 541-882-6661 and ask for Lynda.
As we move forward with the Recall Effort, we will have petitions for patrons to sign. Let us know if you’re interested in signing a petition by filling out the form at the bottom of this page, and we’ll be sure to get in touch with you.
Along with time, the Recall Effort will also require money. If you’re interested in donating to our cause, please let us know through the form at the bottom of this page.
Another way to get your voice heard is to write. Submit letters to the Herald and News and other news outlets to let them know you support the recall effort. Take to your Facebook page or Twitter feed and let your friends, family and neighbors know you support the recall and share the information on our site.
